I wan to take a slow moment to reflect on some achievements and steps in personal growth.
Relationships
- I overcame and navigated the court stuff from March 2021, which will be finished in March 2022
- I completed counselling and recognized that I am a full person full of wonderful thoughts, and that I am worthy and a good person
- I am capable of communicating well, being a leader, and being a good person
- Finished a relationship with Jade where I believe I navigated things as I should have. It showed me that people have problems, they’re not mine. I can’t take responsibility for all other people’s problems.
- I’m more confident and have comfort in being alone.
- I’ve worn my heart on my sleeve with acquaintances, and kindness and intellect isn’t something I need to be afraid of showing. They’re not bad qualities to have
- My relationship with myself has evolved significantly. Changing my mindset through a constant lens of shame has previously plagued me and I feel the relief of having that change
- Being more outspoken, where I share my thoughts more actively. Taking people’s kindness sincerely and attempting to open myself up more
- Starting to use people’s names because I AM worthy. People ARE talking to me.
- My strengths are in how humble I am, my intelligence, my grit and how approachable I am.
Work
- I’ve learned how to program since 2017. In just 4 years I’ve started my own company
- Built and combined machine learning algorithms for real-world solutions necessary in my own company
- Taught myself computer vision and how to start/run these jobs in a highly efficient manner
- Built simulations emulating the behavior of autonomous worker systems
- Built from the ground up a pipeline automating framework which is extensible and battle tested
- Built from the ground up a autonomous worker strategy for taking on multiple jobs in a predictable manner
- Built a team of computer engineers with great cohesion
- Fired and let go of low quality engineers in the best interest of the company
